THE DANCE- PRAYER-
FORWARD MOVEMENT CONNECTION
DANCE
has been called the mother of the arts. It helps us articulate the unspoken word and offers us the freedom to become who we are.
PRAYER
is called the work of the heart and invites us to meaningfully unearth our highest selves as we become who we are. Similar to dance, prayer has the potential to move us along our journeys with great power and focus.
MOVEMENT
of any kind encourages the human spirit to convey the emotional experience of our individual and shared realities.
